<p>We are a residential plumbing company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We’re looking for a Google Ads specialist to help us set up and launch our first ad campaign, with a strong focus on lead generation (calls and form submissions), not just clicks.</p><p></p><p>We are especially interested in:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Google Search Ads</p></li><li><p>Google Local Services Ads (Google Guaranteed) if available</p></li><li><p>Proper conversion and call tracking</p></li><li><p>Campaign optimization and performance reporting</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>We have a website but no Google Ads account yet, so this would be a full setup from scratch.</p><p></p><p>Our test budget will be small at first, and if the results are good, we’re open to long-term cooperation.</p><p></p><p>Russian-speaking is a plus, but not required.</p>
